This role is central to how we communicate with leads and customers—you'll help manage email creation, keep our database clean and trustworthy, and make sure leads flow correctly from marketing to sales. It's a great fit for someone who loves systems, data hygiene, and hands-on marketing work, and who wants to build deep expertise in marketing operations.

Manage email production, segmentation, and personalization to ensure the right message reaches the right audience
Monitor and report on email performance (open rates, click-through, conversions) and recommend improvements.
Maintain database cleanliness and list management including deduplication, standardization, segmentation, and ongoing data hygiene processes within Pardot
Support data governance standards to ensure lead and contact data stays accurate and usable across systems
Build and execute forms and landing pages within Pardot
Help build and maintain nurture and lifecycle email workflows in Pardot
Support platform configuration and hygiene under guidance from the Manager, Digital Experience
Monitor the integration between Pardot and CRM and lead scoring model and flag adjustments for review rather than owning changes outright
Build and maintain regular reporting on email performance and database health

0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or a related field (internship experience welcome)
Familiarity with Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, or a similar marketing automation platform (Pardot experience a plus, not required)
Comfort working with data in spreadsheets and databases
Strong attention to detail and organization
Basic understanding of email marketing best practices (segmentation, deliverability, A/B testing)
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent experience
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, etc.) and how marketing and sales data connect
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template edits
WordPress experience
Exposure to lead scoring or lifecycle marketing concepts
