Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Internal Apps)
The Internal Apps team supports Axonius's growth by building high-leverage platforms and tools for over 300 internal stakeholders, including developers, security, sales engineering, and post-sales teams. Functioning as an agile startup within the company, the team moves fast to eliminate fragile operational tasks and standardize how employees work across the organization. You will take complete ownership of end-to-end products built from scratch using Python, React, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, and AWS.
Responsibilities
Implement and own end-to-end internal platforms and features in short, agile sprints using Python, React, and cloud-native architecture.
Build automated tooling to support the entire customer lifecycle, ranging from initial POV processes to post-sales single-tenant environment management.
Write maintainable, well-tested code following test-driven development (TDD) principles to reduce operational friction and human error.
Architect and integrate AI harnesses, AI-driven automation, or agentic workflows directly into internal business platforms.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of proven professional experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer.
Direct hands-on development experience with both Python and React/TypeScript.
Practical experience working with relational databases, ORMs, and containerized deployments (Docker).
Hands-on background building AI harnesses, AI-driven automation, or agentic workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
Production experience with Kubernetes (K8S), AWS cloud infrastructure, PostgreSQL, and Linux environments.
Hands-on experience with modern testing frameworks such as Vitest, Playwright, or Pytest.
Background integrating LLMs or AI tooling directly into software development or QA workflows.
Proven track record of developing end-to-end software products or internal platforms from scratch.
Professional background in cybersecurity or enterprise IT operations.
Practical experience with Tailwind CSS.
