As part of a rapidly growing team, the Cloud Infrastructure Team Lead plays a critical role in defining and executing the company's short and long-term cloud infrastructure roadmap. You will lead, mentor, and technically guide a team of engineers responsible for configuring, operating, and automating infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure for global stakeholders. By collaborating with R&D, Security, and Corporate IT, you will design and deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud solutions while maintaining hands-on involvement in complex technical implementations.

Responsibilities

Lead and technically guide a team of Cloud Infrastructure Engineers responsible for configuring, operating, and automating cloud environments across AWS, GCP, and Azure.

Define and execute the technical roadmap and architecture strategy for multi-cloud infrastructure and operations.

Oversee core cloud governance areas, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), perimeter security, account lifecycles, Infrastructure-as-Code ownership, and cloud cost optimization.

Design, implement, and document operating principles, architectural best practices, and complex troubleshooting solutions for cross-functional technology teams.

Minimum Qualifications

7+ years of experience managing and operating production cloud-based environments across AWS, GCP, or Azure.

4+ years of expertise with Infrastructure as Code and modern DevOps tooling, such as Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or GitOps.

4+ years of experience in software development using a scripting language such as Python, Ruby, GoLang, or JavaScript.

3+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Extensive experience with Linux administration and networking protocols within public cloud environments.

Hands-on experience deploying and managing container technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.

Demonstrated experience building, securing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure designed for high availability.

Documented experience collaborating with R&D, Security, and Corporate IT teams to integrate infrastructure solutions.

Professional proficiency in written and verbal English to author operating principles and technical documentation for global stakeholders.

Annual Salary Range (bonus and equity included in addition to the below numbers)

$160,000—$180,000 USD
