About MoonPay
MoonPay is for builders with something to prove.
This isn't a "work on cool crypto stuff" company. It's a high-standards, high-velocity, high-accountability company building the operating system for value movement. If the internet moves information, we move value: crypto, stablecoins, tokenized assets, and whatever comes next. Four offerings make that real: fund, tokenize, trade, and spend. 30M+ customers and 500+ ecosystem partners run on us. Licensed in the U.S. Regulated across the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia.
AI is the default operating mode here. It's woven into every role, and we expect you to use it daily. It handles the manual work so you can deliver on what actually matters.
You'll thrive here if outcomes excite you more than process, if impact motivates you more than titles, and if you want hard problems, real ownership, and teammates who love winning, building, and doing it together.
The bar is high. The pace is real. We're building for what's next, for humans and agents.

Research has shown that women are less likely than men to apply for this role if they do not have experience in 100% of these areas. Please know that this list is indicative, and that we would still love to hear from you even if you feel that you are only a 75% match. Skills can be learned, diversity cannot.
About the Opportunity
This is a senior opportunity for an experienced operations and program professional to own a meaningful slice of MoonPay's Trust & Safety Ops function outright. Based in our Bangalore office, you'll work closely with the Fraud and Risk Program Lead — taking the lead on operational efficiency, metrics, reporting and partner coordination for T&S Ops, with guidance and support from the Lead rather than direction on every task.
This isn't a support seat. You'll own outcomes: driving process enhancements across Ops, managing the metrics and dashboards leadership relies on, acting as the go-to bridge between T&S Ops and its partner teams, and fielding escalations directly. You'll also work alongside the Lead on the broader fraud program — tracking delivery, surfacing risk and building the reporting that keeps both Ops and Strategy work visible.
This role suits someone senior enough to run their own remit with minimal hand-holding — comfortable owning stakeholder relationships, defending recommendations to leadership, and driving improvements end to end. You'll work cross-functionally with Fraud Strategy, Fraud Investigations, Compliance, Risk, Legal and other Trust & Safety and Ops partners.
What You Will Do
Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement
Own operational efficiency for T&S Ops — identify, design and drive process enhancements end to end.
Own Ops process documentation, keeping it current as workflows evolve.
Lead structured process reviews, turning findings into improvement plans and seeing them through to delivery.
Operational Metrics, Dashboards & Reporting
Own and manage all operational metrics for T&S Ops, in partnership with Ops leadership.
Own operational dashboards and recurring reporting, including performance analysis and improvement recommendations.
Monitor trends and exceptions, and translate them into clear, actionable insight for leadership.
Ops Partner Coordination & Escalations
Act as the primary bridge between T&S Ops and its partner teams.
Own the handling of Ops-related inquiries and escalations from leadership and partners, working closely with Ops leadership to resolve them.
Represent Ops in cross-functional forums, keeping partners aligned on priorities and status.
Ops Training & Tooling
Own Ops training strategy and content, ensuring the team has what it needs as processes and tools evolve.
Own Ops tooling enhancements — identifying gaps and driving improvements with Engineering and other technical partners.
Program Delivery & Governance Support (Fraud Strategy)
Own and maintain the fraud program roadmap, tracking initiatives against milestones and target dates.
Maintain the fraud risk and issue register, tracking remediation actions against agreed deadlines.
Own recurring fraud KPI and KRI reporting, and prepare management information for leadership review.
Maintain program records, decision logs and governance documentation, keeping them accurate and current.
About You
4+ years of experience in operations, program management, or a similar ownership-driven role within Trust & Safety, fraud, risk or compliance operations; financial services, payments or crypto environments preferred.
A track record of owning and driving operational improvements independently, not just supporting someone else's plan.
Experience managing metrics, dashboards and reporting for an operations function, and using them to drive decisions.
Comfort acting as the primary point of contact between an operations function and its partner teams, including handling escalations directly.
Strong stakeholder management skills — able to influence and align partners and leadership without formal authority over them.
Excellent written and analytical communication — able to turn data into clear findings, recommendations and status reporting.
Comfort working with data and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, AI tools, Looker, with SQL experience) to build and maintain KPI/KRI reporting.
A structured, ownership-driven mindset — you drive things to completion rather than escalate and wait.
