Keeper Security is hiring a Senior Event Marketing Specialist to lead our strategic demand generation events across the Americas, including our Tier 1 conference sponsorships, trade shows and flagship events. This is a 100% remote position with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates who live near our global headquarters in Chicago.

About the Role

The Senior Event Marketing Specialist will report to the Director of Global Event Marketing and own Keeper's demand generation event strategy, coordinating closely with the marketing team, sales leaders and cross-functional teams to plan, execute and analyze the impact of demand gen events, including public sector demand gen events.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of demand generation events across the Americas, including Tier 1 conferences and trade shows (e.g. RSAC, Black Hat, Identiverse)

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for corporate, public sector and demand generation events, ensuring alignment with Keeper’s strategic goals

Oversee inventory management systems, including swag and trade show assets

Collaborate with design teams and event stakeholders to create compelling event materials, ensuring alignment with branding and strategic objectives

Support managing event logistics, including vendor negotiation, budget management, booth design and on-site coordination from conception to completion

Partner with sales and marketing operations to track event-sourced pipeline and report on ROI against demand gen targets

Provide end-to-end event marketing support across sales teams, including public sector and commercial teams as needed, tailoring approaches to meet the needs of each segment

Proactively manage the events list and internal calendars

Maintain flexibility and a proactive approach by stepping in to support various projects as needed to ensure smooth execution

Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time to support on-site event execution

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify opportunities to enhance our event marketing strategy

Requirements

5+ years of experience in event marketing, preferably with a SaaS company

Experience leading large-scale conferences/trade shows (e.g. Black Hat, RSA, Identiverse) and smaller-scale events

Ability to drive complex, multi-stakeholder and cross-team programs

Results-driven self-starter who strives for excellence

Confident team player with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Strong business acumen, analytical and detail-oriented

Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools

Preferred

Experience working within the cybersecurity industry

Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot for event-related lead tracking and follow-up

Experience using project management platforms like Monday.com
