Position Summary

As the Sr Director of Global Implementation Services, you are the primary architect of Prove’s implementation and integration engine. You will lead a global organization of Implementation Specialists, Integration Engineers, Project Managers and Customer Enablement teams, dedicated to accelerating and optimizing the journey from contract signature to production go-live, and to setting up the customer for success right from the beginning of the partnership.

You will own the global strategy for solution delivery, creating a repeatable, scalable, and highly efficient onboarding framework. Your success is measured by your ability to reduce Time to Live (TTL), increase implementation margins, and ensure that our clients receive a world-class integration experience that mirrors the quality of our technology, and are configured and measured in full alignment with what they engaged with Prove to solve for.

What You Are Responsible For

Assess, upskill and grow a global implementation function that supports Prove’s aggressive growth globally.

Synchronize the diverse roles within the implementation function to create a seamless, end-to-end delivery engine, ensuring frictionless hand-offs and unified execution across specialized technical, integration consulting, and project management workstreams.

Identify, analyze, remove friction points, and continuously optimize  the onboarding lifecycle. Implement automation, standardized "Golden Path" integration playbooks and templates, and self-service tools to drastically reduce Time to Live, and increase the implementation business value.

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-product global integrations, ensuring they meet rigorous bank-grade security and architectural standards.

Partner with Sales and Finance to project and hit "Go-Live" targets, ensuring that booked business translates into recognized revenue with high predictability.

Serve as the executive voice of the customer; collaborate with Product and Engineering on the most common product gaps for customers, and to ensure that "ease of implementation" is a core feature of the Prove roadmap.

Build relationships with top and strategic clients, to complement existing relationships and expand. Act as the senior technical point of contact for C-suite stakeholders at banks and enterprises during the critical implementation phase.

Establish, track, and report on KPIs including TTL, Path to Revenue Recognition, Onboarding Health, Resource Utilization, customer success metrics, and Implementation CSAT.

What We Require

12+ Years of Experience: Extensive background in Professional Services, Implementation, or Solutions Engineering within a high-growth SaaS or FinTech environment.

At least 5+ years of experience managing "managers of managers" and leading a global, distributed workforce.

You have successfully scaled a delivery organization from a regional footprint to a global powerhouse.

A demonstrated track record of significantly reducing onboarding/implementation timelines for complex API-driven products.

Deep understanding of identity, authentication, mobile ecosystems, and the technical requirements of the financial services industry.

Mastery in translating technical complexity into business value for executive-level audiences.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
