Your impact on our mission

Zocdoc's most important asset is our people. As a Senior Director of Enterprise Sales, you'll play a meaningful role in making sure our Enterprise Sales organization operates at the highest level — driving meaningful revenue growth, shaping long-term commercial strategy, and building the kind of high-performing teams that raise the bar for everyone around them. You'll own the strategy, the people, and the results that fuel Zocdoc's mission of giving power to the patient.

You'll enjoy this role if you are…

Personally motivated by building winning cultures — you believe accountability and engagement aren't opposites, they reinforce each other

Autonomous, urgent, and creative. You genuinely love tackling complex organizational challenges and turning them into competitive advantages

Highly strategic in your thinking, but never too far from the details that drive execution

Passionate about developing leaders — you get just as excited about unlocking a manager's potential as you do about closing a major deal

A natural cross-functional collaborator who knows how to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders behind a shared vision

The kind of person who sees ambiguity as an opportunity, not an obstacle

Your day to day is…

Full ownership of the Enterprise Sales strategy, including multi-year planning, annual and quarterly goal-setting, and continuous refinement as business priorities evolve

Building and coaching a high-performance team of second and third-line leaders, creating a ubiquitous ecosystem of development and accountability across the entire Enterprise Sales organization

Driving a cultural shift toward a high-accountability, expansion-focused sales motion —coaching managers and reps to move from order-taking to proactive, consultative selling

that consistently extracts meaningful revenue wins from our customer base

Embedding structured sales methodology (including MEDDPICC and weighted pipeline forecasting) into all parts of the sales process, using it as a coaching tool and a language that unifies the team around rigorous deal qualification and forecast predictability

Partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, and other key departments to shape go-to-market strategies, enhance the customer experience, and secure the resources needed to hit enterprise-wide objectives

Monitoring financial performance, interpreting unit economics and margin data, and proactively recommending corrective actions or strategic pivots when needed

Anticipating market changes, emerging healthcare trends, and internal risks — adapting strategy continuously to ensure the team is always positioned to win

You'll be successful in this role if you have…

An unrelenting desire to build more equitable, inclusive, and diverse workplaces — you view this role as an opportunity to create positive change

12+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record in enterprise or complex B2B sales environments

The ability to integrate generative AI tools into daily workflows to automate tasks, foster innovation, and maximize productivity

A demonstrated ability to lead multiple functions or sub-departments, driving cohesive strategies and consistently surpassing targets in complex commercial settings

Deep expertise in long-term strategic planning, performance management, financial acumen, and organizational design

A track record of building and scaling high-performance sales teams — you know how to assess talent, develop managers, and top-grade when needed

Strong stakeholder management skills, with a history of influencing senior executives and cross-functional partners toward a common goal

Excellent communication skills — you can craft data-driven narratives and present compelling strategic cases to diverse audiences

Experience implementing and scaling structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) across enterprise selling teams

The mentality of an entrepreneur/owner and a strong bias to action

Humility. You believe in treating all people with dignity and respect, regardless of title or tenure
