Senior Corporate Strategy Associate
Position Summary:
The Senior Corporate Strategy Associate is a high-visibility role responsible for leading qualitative and quantitative research, financial modeling and analysis, and strategic project execution to support Agero’s long-term growth objectives. Working independently under the direction of the Chief Strategy Officer, this role integrates industry and competitor analysis with Agero internal data and an understanding of what differentiates the company to maintain the organization’s leadership position in white-label vehicle assistance. The Senior Associate serves as a trusted thought partner to cross-functional leaders, independently evaluating competitive landscapes, refining go-to-market strategies, and driving high-impact corporate initiatives.
Essential Functions/ Key Outcomes:
Commercial Strategy Leadership: Lead the design and management of complex commercial strategy workstreams, identifying key strategic choices and guiding cross-functional analysis across commercial, marketing, and platform teams.
Advanced Financial & Quantitative Modeling: Own the development and maintenance of financial, economic, and market models to evaluate strategic alternatives, project ROI, and construct business cases for executive review.
Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy Execution: Drive go-to-market strategy refinement by synthesizing internal performance data, customer research, and competitive intelligence into actionable recommendations for product and marketing leaders.
Executive Communication & Storytelling: Synthesize complex data into compelling narrative presentations, delivering strategic findings and actionable recommendations directly to Senior Leadership to drive enterprise performance.
Competitive Intelligence & Trend Analysis: Oversee secondary research and market monitoring, evaluating competitive dynamics, industry disruptions, and marketplace trends to identify prospective threats and growth opportunities.
Strategic Planning & Cross-Functional Alignment: Lead the tactical execution and tracking of key enterprise planning initiatives, partnering across internal departments to ensure operational alignment with corporate goals.
Skills, Education & Experience:
Education: Undergraduate degree with a strong record of academic performance.
Experience: 4–7 years of professional experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a highly analytical corporate function. Demonstrated track record of leading strategic workstreams and presenting quantitative findings to executive stakeholders.

Strategic Problem Decomposition & Analytical Thinking: Advanced ability to break down complex, ambiguous business challenges using structured frameworks; evaluates strategic alternatives and quantifies business outcomes with high autonomy.
Financial Modeling & Economic Analysis: Mastery in constructing and maintaining scalable financial models that establish business case viability, protect data integrity, and project enterprise ROI.
Executive Communication & Storytelling: Expert in translating complex quantitative findings into clear, cohesive narratives; designs executive-level presentations that follow a logical storyboard to influence senior leadership decision-making.
Cross-Functional Influence & Alignment: Proven skill in building collaborative relationships across product, marketing, and platform teams; acts as an objective facilitator to align departmental priorities with corporate strategy.
Independent Project Ownership & Execution: Capable of driving strategic workstreams from inception through completion; prioritizes tasks based on enterprise impact and proactively resolves operational roadblocks.

The base salary range presented represents the anticipated low and high end salary range for new hires in this position. Your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as work location, experience, job related skills, and relevant training and education. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package provided by Agero to employees.

$90,000—$110,000 USD
