About the Role:

We're hiring a Senior Copywriter to lead creative development for our primarily B2B client roster and to directly manage our Copywriter. You should be as comfortable building a concept deck as you are turning a complex product into copy that converts.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead copy development for B2B audiences and longer sales cycles: case studies, email sequences, sales enablement, thought leadership, and product messaging that makes complex offerings feel simple

Write across social and display, landing page messaging, and long form content, with a book that demonstrates exceptional, high-performing work

Develop new concepts and solutions for clients proactively, without prescriptive direction

Build concept decks for modular content, long form, and 360 campaigns with minimal oversight from art directors

Know when and how to push back on client feedback

Directly manage the Copywriter: assign and review work, provide regular feedback, set priorities, and own their professional development

Lead brainstorming sessions and mentor junior designers and copywriters across the broader creative team

Train new hires during onboarding

Work with account managers to set accurate client expectations for projects and deliverables

Contribute feedback and ideas on improving team processes

Independently manage client workload, leveraging junior team members with minimal oversight

Note: You may be wonderful, but candidates without a portfolio or website will not be considered.
