SENIOR BRAND MANAGER

Reports to: Associate Director of Brand

Fresh Prints is the largest and fastest growing collegiate custom apparel company in the US. Our Brand team is tasked with reaching hundreds of thousands of students at 250+ universities.

As our Brand Manager, you’re the backbone of that Brand team. You'll own end-to-end execution for most of our major campaigns, including our on campus activations, branded events, brand awareness emails & SMSs, trunk shows, and recruitment pushes.

You work cross functionally, with our Creative, Performance, and Operations teams to make sure everything gets built, printed, scheduled, and deployed without falling through the cracks.

If you're someone who gets genuine satisfaction from a well run project — every stakeholder looped in at the right time, every asset in the right place, every send going out error-free — this role is for you.

What You'll Own

Campaign Execution

Lead end-to-end execution of major brand campaigns

Build and own the project plan for each campaign: sequenced timeline, task owners, budget tracker, and more

Coordinate across Creative, Performance, Operations, campus managers, and external vendors to make sure every campaign element lands on time

Maintain up-to-date campaign documentation from kickoff through post-mortem - including consolidated learnings and KPI tracking

Proactively flag risks and blockers, propose solutions, and drive resolution

Email & SMS Execution

Manage production and deployment of Brand team’s email and SMS campaigns

Coordinate with Creative to get strong assets and copy

Maintain the email and SMS content calendar in collaboration with the Associate Director of Brand

Setup emails in Iterable using template and assets supplied by Creative

Coordinate with Email & SMS team on Performance to make sure they’re sent out

Process & Team Operations

Keep the brand team's project infrastructure running, owning our Asana boards, campaign documentation, and shared filing systems

Write bi-weekly marketing strategy status notes covering OKR progress and upcoming campaign priorities

Who You Are

You love to organize - your projects have documented plans, clean Asana boards, and no one has to chase you for a status update

You close loops. If you said you'd do it, it's done. If something changes, you've already told the right people.

You identify what's likely to go wrong before it does, and you do something about it without being asked

You're a skilled coordinator of people who don't report to you - you know how to get things out of busy teammates through clear communication, early deadlines, and the right amount of persistence

You thrive in complexity. Managing ten parallel workstreams without anything slipping is your version of a good week

You care about the quality of what goes out, not just whether it went out

Requirements

2 to 4 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, project management, or a related field

Strong experience with project management tools - Asana, Monday.com, or similar

Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Iterable, Klaviyo, or similar)

Comfort working with marketing analytics and performance data

Experience coordinating cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range - $900 to $1200 with $40 night allowance

Health insurance

The opportunity to learn a lot rapidly

Working with a talented and engaged team dedicated to building a business together.
