Senior Art Director
We're looking for an Art Director who can hold a big idea and the smallest kerning detail in the same head and who has already done it for international clients, in international rooms, in English, on their timezone.
This is a craft role and a systems role. You'll art direct campaigns and you'll be expected to use AI tooling as part of how the work gets made, not only generative but repeatable workflow.
What You'll Do
Concept and art direct integrated campaigns across digital, social, OOH, and content in general.
Partner with a copywriter, creatives, designers and producers from first idea through final delivery
Own the visual craft: layout, typography, composition, colour, motion, and photography.
Since the team works with both Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, you must be fluent.
Present and defend work directly to international clients on calls, and in the room
Build campaign toolkits and design systems that hold up when adapted across markets, languages, and formats
Design and maintain AI-assisted production workflows for the team from concepting and pre-viz to asset variation and versioning at scale
Keep quality control tight on AI-generated output: rights, brand safety, model bias, artefacts, and consistency
What You'll Bring
Agency Experience 5+ Years
Minimum five years as an Art Director (or equivalent) inside an advertising or creative agency. You know how agency life actually works: briefs that change, internal reviews, client feedback rounds, and delivery deadlines that don't move.
Genuine International Client Experience
This one matters, so we'll be specific: we're looking for someone who has worked directly with an international client team, a brand headquartered or managed outside your own market, with stakeholders in another country.
Servicing the domestic branch of a global brand does not count for this requirement. We want someone used to global brand guardians, regional stakeholders, multi-market rollouts, and the specific rhythm of working with people you've mostly never met in person.
Spoken English Fluency
Fluent, confident spoken English not just written. You should be comfortable presenting concepts, taking live feedback, disagreeing productively, and running a workshop with a client on the other side of the world. Comfort working across timezones is expected.
AI Fluency Generative and Pipeline
Non-negotiable, and we mean genuine working fluency, not "I've tried a few prompts."
Generative:
Strong hands-on command of image and video generation tools
Prompt craft as an actual skill you can get to a specific result on purpose, not by accident
Character, product, and style consistency across a campaign's worth of assets
Pipeline / Workflow:
Experience building node-based or chained workflows (ComfyUI or similar) rather than only using consumer interfaces
Custom model work: Fine-tuning for brand, product, or character consistency
Automating repetitive production batch variation, resizing, versioning, localisation via workflow tools or APIs
A point of view on where AI belongs in the creative process and, more importantly, where it doesn't
Portfolio
A portfolio that shows strategic thinking and craft, not just execution. Please include at least one case with international client involvement, and be ready to walk us through one AI-assisted workflow you built.
Nice to Have
Motion, 3D, or real-time tooling (After Effects, Blender, Cinema4D, Unreal)
Basic scripting or comfort with APIs
Awards recognition, though we're more interested in the work than the metal
