Integrate LLMs through provider-agnostic layers using platforms such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and Writer.ai

Implement structured outputs, tool-calling, retries, guardrails, and model-routing strategies

Transform unstructured inputs—including documents, transcripts, and business records—into reliable, actionable data

Build human-in-the-loop approval workflows that keep users in control of high-impact decisions

Establish evaluation and tuning loops to measure agent quality and improve system behavior

Identify and address non-deterministic failure modes through testing, observability, and guardrails

Collaborate with frontend, product, client, and domain stakeholders to deliver complete solutions
