Senior Account Manager
***Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required for this role.
A day in the life:
You'll own a portfolio of 4–6 lifestyle accounts, high-AOV or high SKU count consumer durables. You will serve as the primary strategic partner for your clients on a day-to-day basis, owning the narrative around performance, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring all marketing efforts ladder up to business objectives. A successful candidate is a strong cross-channel marketer and communicator who can confidently translate data into insights, guide internal teams, and build trust with clients. This is a critical role in ensuring accounts are not only running efficiently, but driving meaningful business impact.
As an AAD, you will act as the day-to-day strategic lead for Lifestyle clients, ensuring marketing efforts reflect full-funnel performance across longer purchase cycles and considered buying behavior. You will guide clients through awareness, consideration, and conversion strategy, helping them understand performance beyond last-click attribution. You’ll partner with Project Managers to ensure execution stays on track, while collaborating with the Account Director to refine quarterly strategy and long-term growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
Lead weekly client calls on larger accounts; support PM-led calls on smaller accounts — own the performance narrative either way
Translate Power Circuit roadmap outputs into weekly account priorities; flag when short-term performance pressure is pulling execution away from long-cycle strategy
Track full-funnel performance across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages; surface insights that explain the measurement complexity in terms clients can act on
Coordinate paid, SEO, content, email, and creative teams around a unified account strategy
Support retention strategy: repeat purchase rate, LTV by acquisition cohort, and post-purchase lifecycle performance
Flag when clients are interpreting last-touch metrics in ways that will lead to bad budget decisions; prepare the AD for those conversations
Support the AD on quarterly strategy, renewal prep, and service expansion conversations
Build and maintain strong client relationships; contribute to ≥90% retention across your accounts
Work in Iris and nova daily; use performance data to surface issues before clients raise them; maintain Pulse cadence at 100%
Role Requirements:
4–7 years in lifestyle, high-AOV, or considered-purchase marketing, with experience managing client relationships day-to-day
Understands full-funnel strategy: how awareness, consideration, and conversion channels interact and where measurement gaps tend to appear
Comfortable with multi-touch attribution limitations — knows what last-touch misses and can explain it clearly
Familiar with upper-funnel channels (content, SEO, YouTube, programmatic) at a working level
Has worked with brands where creative quality and storytelling are a competitive differentiator
Has experience managing clients through longer measurement cycles without losing their confidence
Strong written and verbal communication; can make a complex, multi-channel performance story legible to a non-technical client
