Key Responsibilities:

Execute core SEO, GEO, and content deliverables on time and at a high level of accuracy, with sufficient QA to prevent revenue-impacting errors

Conduct keyword research, build and maintain keyword mapping and content clusters, and align topic selection to client business goals and qualified traffic opportunities

Assign deliverables to appropriate support resources and review returned work for quality, accuracy, and brand voice alignment

Flag patterns, anomalies, or early warning signs noticed during day-to-day execution to the strategist or AD, even when not specifically asked

Complete monthly and quarterly reports with minimal feedback, clearly connecting organic search efforts to client business goals and KPI performance

Develop a foundational understanding of GEO/AEO concepts and AI search behaviors, and begin incorporating that awareness into strategy and client communication

Communicate proactively with account teams and clients, flagging updates, questions, and relevant changes in a timely and professional manner

Support execution of the team's search testing roadmap, documenting test results clearly so the senior strategist can build on them

Begin building fluency in the client's specific vertical (e.g., B2B, Fashion, CPG) growth patterns rather than treating every account the same

Keep deliverable status and QA notes visible in Asana/nova so a strategist or AD can check progress without needing to ask

Sign up for Strategy Syncs with the organic search strategy team when a fresh perspective is needed or when an account is in escalation

Leverage the Nova ecosystem, AI technologies, and Power Digital workflows (Asana, Slack, novaPulse, Google Drive) to manage workflow and support execution

Power Circuit completion and adoption across all assigned accounts

Adoption and completion of Omega R&Rs for your role

100% on-time delivery of assigned deliverables and launches, tracked via Asana due dates

Role Requirements:

Previous experience in an organic search role (internship or other). Client-facing experience is a plus

Basic to foundational understanding of search experience (SEO and GEO) including: on-page, technical, and off-page and how they connect to business goals

Familiarity with SEO, GEO and analytics tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, Profound and Screaming Frog

Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables across client accounts

Fast learner with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a cooperative team-player attitude

Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, both internally and in client-facing settings

Comfort using Claude or comparable AI tools as part of daily workflow, with an eagerness to build fluency quickly if not there yet
