Sr. 2D / 3D Motion Graphics Animator

You’ll work on creating motion graphics and move pixels across space with grace. Focused around 2D/3D animation, motion graphics and animated type, the job is a mix of original work and creating equally awesome adaptations from existing styles and assets. This is a role where you’ll partner with a global team in producing top quality content for one of the world’s most recognizable technology brands. Responsibilities:

Animate assets for social media and various interfaces and create/optimize templates for production that help our global animation team.

Animate campaign and social content for a top-name brand.

Work as part of a dedicated client team and take part in a fully integrated production operation, with Monks from all disciplines collaborating in crafting awesome work.

Team up with top-notch artists, creative directors, producers and illustrators to create world wide content.

About You

The essentials:

For this position, we are looking for a 3D generalist animator with 3+ years of experience in C4D, and 3+ years experience in motion graphics AFX.

You have 3 - 5 years of experience as an animator or motion graphics artist (2D/3D). Online portfolio and/or work samples are required for consideration.

You are able to translate briefs and copy into flawless pieces of work.

You’re experienced working in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.

You can deliver tight work, even under tight deadlines.

When it comes to animation, you know how to do the basics right, or break’em for artistic effect.

Next to the language of motion, you can make yourself clear in English too, because the job’s not just about technical artistry.

You can work independently and excel as part of a team, skillfully sharing your progress, problems and pitfalls with the team alongside your favorite GIFs.

To excel in this role, you have to be a team player, skilled in communicating problems and progress, and practiced in working together with juniors and seniors alike.
