Sales Operations Manager – Commercial Expansion Team (North America)

The Sales Operations Manager drives operational efficiency, sales strategy execution, and business performance for the Commercial Expansion Team — the group responsible for SharkNinja's US and Canadian distributor business and downstream retailer, e-tailer, and dealer partners. This is a hands-on, analytical role: you'll own forecasting, inventory, and trade spend rigor while building strong working relationships with distributor replenishment teams. Success requires someone who's comfortable owning ambiguous, under-resourced processes and building the systems and cadences that don't yet exist.
