The Team You'll Join

You'll be part of our Sales Enablement team with Johanna, Global Sales Enablement Manager. The team consists of 5 people based in France and the United States, working to improve sales performance in a predictable, scalable way through certifications, tools, and content. Together, you'll be helping Mirakl's sales organisation reach its ambitious growth targets.

Your Impact

Create and enrich sales training and certification content (presentations, e-learning modules) to support the performance of our sales teams

Manage our content management system to improve the user experience across articles and videos, and support AI-powered workflows and LMS tools for new hire onboarding

Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate our tools and certifications, identify skill gaps, and track KPIs to optimise our Sales Enablement strategy

Contribute to internal communications across the sales organisation, including newsletters and emails

Support the organisation of internal events and training programmes: Sales Kick-Offs, Bootcamps, and Webinars

What You'll Bring to the Role

Experience:

Currently enrolled in a university or business school (Bac+4/5)

A first experience in sales, sales enablement, marketing, or project management is a plus

Skills:

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights

Creative and autonomous, with solid project management skills and the ability to handle complex situations

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with cross-functional teams

Genuine interest in AI and its applications in a sales environment

Curious, proactive, and motivated to learn and challenge yourself
