Sales Director, Latam
What You'll Do
Drive New Revenue Growth: Own and consistently exceed regional ARR targets focused exclusively on new logo acquisition, scaling sales across Enterprise and Mid-Market segments in LATAM.
Lead & Develop Talent: Direct, mentor, and grow a team of Account Executives, leveraging strong coaching frameworks to refine sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger) and close complex sales cycles.
Strategic GTM Execution: Define and execute a regional go-to-market strategy aligned with global sales leadership, analyzing market trends, competitive dynamics, and region-specific customer needs.
Pipeline Acceleration & Alliances: Partner with Field Marketing for targeted demand generation and collaborate with Partnerships (GSIs, agencies, tech partners) to accelerate new business pipeline creation.
Industry Leadership & Public Speaking: Serve as a prominent spokesperson for Braze, delivering keynote presentations, participating in panel discussions, and representing the brand at major regional events, conferences, and customer forums.
Executive Relationship Building: Establish and maintain C-suite and VP-level relationships with strategic prospects across LATAM.
Process & Forecasting Rigor: Maintain rigorous pipeline visibility, enforce process metrics, and deliver accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
What We're Looking For
Sales Leadership Experience: 15+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience, including 5+ years of direct people management experience specifically managing Enterprise and Mid-Market Account Executives.
Operational Excellence: A process- and metrics-oriented leader with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding new logo revenue quotas in a regional capacity.
LATAM Market Expertise: Deep familiarity with the LATAM enterprise technology ecosystem—hands-on experience in Brazil and/or Mexico is strongly preferred.
Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of MarTech, CRM, or Customer Engagement platforms is a plus.
Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is required;
Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel across the LATAM region as needed (~30–40%).
