The team increasingly uses agentic AI to accelerate development, automate routine tasks, and prototype solutions. Comfort in learning alongside AI tools, writing clear specifications for AI assistance, and iterating on AI-generated code would be beneficial. While deep machine learning knowledge isn't required, the ability to work effectively with AI as a collaborative tool—providing context, validating outputs, and integrating results - is expected.  This is a fast-moving area, so adaptability and enthusiasm for new tooling matter more than prior experience.
