We're looking for a motivated self-starter to be a part of our Retirement Operations team, with a focus on Trump Accounts. You'll be an integral part of a cross-functional clearing operations team working with many key players throughout our brokerage organization.

This role is based in our Lake Mary, FL, Chicago, IL, or Denver, CO office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do

Take ownership of critical daily Retirement/Trump Account processes such as complex transaction processing and ensuring applicable regulations and industry best practices are adhered to.

Partner with customer facing teams to address escalated inquiries and exception handling of retirement/Trump accounts.

Escalate and address abnormal user activities, with a focus on trend analysis and timely resolutions.

Seek out opportunities and contribute meaningfully to enhancing operational efficiencies and delivering a great customer experience related to our retirement/Trump Account offerings.

Use data driven decision making to collaborate on ongoing enhancements or innovative new solutions to department policies and procedures.

Apply working knowledge of retirement account operations and regulatory requirements, along with fluency in Artificial Intelligence, to amplify your impact.

What you bring

Knowledge of retail brokerage account operations, processing related to IRA transactions and partnerships with customer facing teams

Extreme attention to detail, combined with courageous accountability for driving results

Ability to combine speed with thoughtfulness to learn quickly, think critically and apply problem-solving skills to resolve escalated issues and solve complex issues.

Self-motivated, with a bias for action and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment

FINRA Series 7 preferred

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

Base Pay Range:

Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC)

$72,000—$85,000 USD

Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)

$64,000—$75,000 USD

Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL)

$56,000—$66,000 USD
