Resource Management Assistant
Overview of Role
As an Resource Management Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in analyzing our internal operations and client project delivery processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing data-backed solutions. You'll work closely with various teams to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and ensure operational excellence across the board.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organizing documents, and handling correspondence.
Accurately enter and maintain data in various internal systems and databases (e.g., Salesforce CRM, project management tools), ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Assist in coordinating operational processes, such as onboarding new employees.
Help compile basic reports and data summaries for operations team review, contributing to performance monitoring efforts.
Facilitate communication between different departments by relaying information, scheduling follow-ups, and ensuring timely responses.
Identify minor operational issues and propose initial solutions or escalate them to the appropriate team member.
Support the creation and updating of operational procedures and documentation.
Take on ad-hoc tasks and projects to support the broader operations team and ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
Fresher willing to learn in an administrative, operational support, or similar role. Recent graduates eager to start a career in operations are encouraged to apply.
Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all tasks.
Proficient in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar).
Proven proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel (advanced) , and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) will be a plus point.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A self-starter with a proactive mindset, eager to learn and take initiative.
Basic problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn how to identify and address operational challenges.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with various departments.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred, but not strictly required for candidates with relevant experience.
