Maintenance Technician - Amsterdam (m/f/d)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Take the lead on painting and touch-up work, keeping our apartments fresh, clean, and inviting.

Respond to guest and colleague requests, handling painting-related and minor technical issues efficiently.

Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing repainting or repair before they become a problem.

Oversee external contractors when needed, ensuring all work meets our high standards.

Complete planned maintenance and renovation projects to enhance the overall quality and appearance of our apartments.

Proficiency in basic English is required.

Technical training and experience as a caretaker a plus!
