About the role

We are seeking a Reinsurance Underwriter to join Coalition’s fast growing Coalition Re team. Since binding our first treaty in 2025, we have seen tremendous demand for our proprietary scanning and aggregation modeling expertise. To support this growth we are building the underwriting bench.

This is a foundational role for someone early in their career who wants to learn cyber reinsurance underwriting from the ground up. You will work directly alongside senior underwriters, actuarial, and modeling on live treaty submissions — preparing and analyzing cedant data, supporting pricing and exposure analysis, drafting underwriting files, and maintaining the documentation and reporting that keeps our portfolio and capacity relationships running. Over time, you will take ownership of smaller accounts and working-level broker relationships.

This is a fully remote position.
