Serve as the internal subject matter expert and central point of coordination for entity governance and regulatory requirements.
Partner closely with Finance, HR, Payroll, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure entity obligations are understood and completed.
Educate internal stakeholders on relevant entity requirements, timelines, and responsibilities.
Maintain a centralized system of record and clear documentation for entity information and compliance activities.

Process Improvement & Risk Management
Build and maintain scalable processes for managing a growing international entity portfolio.
Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and improve entity governance workflows.
Establish reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into entity status, upcoming obligations, outstanding actions, and compliance risks.
Proactively identify potential issues and coordinate resolution before they become compliance or operational problems.
What You Will Bring
3 to 5+ years of experience in international entity management, corporate governance, regulatory affairs, legal operations, compliance, or a related field.
Experience managing entities across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
Experience working with external legal, accounting, corporate services, or regulatory partners.
