Regional P&C Manager - France (f/m/d) // French speaking
Purpose of Position
Our People & Culture (P&C) team is central to Awin’s success and consists of around 30 people worldwide. We are looking for a new team member, which could be you!
Working closely with the other colleagues from P&C Operations as well as P&C Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations, as a Regional P&C Manager you will act as the main point of contract for employees and managers in your assigned business areas, while continuously building a relationship of trust and added value and approaching problems in a data and solutions oriented way.
Location: Paris, France. Office presence on 3 days per week.
Key Tasks
Operations
You prepare and coordinate the on-boarding and off-boarding for diverse roles and teams
You are responsible for the entire P&C administration in France which includes, amongst other things, creating contracts & amendments, managing absences and benefits, as well as reporting P&C relevant KPIs
You ensure ongoing compliance with local labour laws (including the EU Pay Transparency Directive and French Works Council matters in collaboration with the P&C team), policies and internal procedures
Business Partnering
You proactively drive the delivery of the P&C strategy and processes to your respective business areas and departments
You build strong relationships with your business areas and managers within, to bring the best solutions for Awin and its employees
You manage and resolve employee relations issues from disciplinary’s underperformance, exits, sick leave cases and everything in between
You provide guidance and coaching on policies, processes and employment law to your business areas and will ensure your managers are trained and capable of managing employee relations matters
Talent Acquisition
You manage local recruitment processes collaborating both with internal stakeholders and the Awin Talent team.
Skills & Expertise
You possess at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a (generalist) People & Culture / HR function, ideally in an international environment
You have a good understanding of local employment legislation and experience handling employee relations topics
You demonstrate fluency in both French and English (both orally and in writing). English is our worldwide company language and it enables you to communicate with your colleagues across countries
