Regional Growth Director- Georgia & North Carolina
Position Overview
Ennoble Care is seeking experienced Regional Growth Directors to lead our House Calls and/or Hospice Growth Teams (community liaisons) in our different regional markets. This leadership role focuses on managing and developing our liaison teams, building strategic relationships in regional, enterprise, and referral growth, and driving data-driven growth performance through robust reporting and analytics. The successful candidate will recruit, train, and manage growth team members (liaisons) to expand our market presence and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Team Management
Recruit, hire, and onboard growth professionals (community liaisons) to build referral partnerships.
Develop comprehensive training programs for new and existing growth staff on services, target markets, and growth methodologies.
Implement performance management systems, including goal setting, regular coaching, and performance reviews.
Establish territory assignments and coverage models to optimize market
Regional & Enterprise Growth Relationship Development
Build and maintain strategic relationships with regional health systems, medical groups, and enterprise clients.
Develop partnerships with Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid managed care organizations, and commercial insurance providers.
Cultivate relationships with senior living communities, assisted living facilities, and continuing care retirement communities.
Establish connections with physician practices, specialty clinics, and hospital discharge planning teams.
Represent Ennoble Care at regional healthcare conferences, medical society meetings, and industry events.
Growth Analytics & Performance Reporting
Oversee growth reporting and analytics functions with support from the data analytics team.
Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track marketing team performance, pipeline health, and conversion rates.
Analyze market trends, referral patterns, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
Create regular reporting cadences for executive leadership on growth performance, market opportunities, and growth projections.
Implement CRM systems and growth tracking tools to optimize lead management and follow-up processes.
Revenue Growth & Performance Management
Drive consistent achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets for the
Recommend pricing strategies and contract structures that ensure profitable
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure service delivery capabilities align with growth commitments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Clinical Operations to ensure seamless service delivery and client
Work closely with Marketing to develop lead-generation campaigns and growth enablement materials.
Coordinate with Finance on contract terms, pricing models, and revenue
Collaborate with Quality and Compliance teams to maintain regulatory adherence and clinical standards.
Qualifications
Required Experience
7+ years of growth leadership experience in hospice or house calls, home health, assisted living, long-term care, or skilled nursing facilities.
Home-based medical services or hospice experience is strongly preferred.
Proven track record of recruiting, training, and managing growth teams.
Experience in performance management, coaching, and professional development of growth professionals.
Demonstrated success building relationships with healthcare executives, medical directors, and facility administrators.
Background in post-acute care settings and understanding of referral-based business models.
Industry Expertise
Deep knowledge of house calls or hospice service delivery models and market dynamics (ideal).
Understanding of hospice, home health, assisted living, skilled nursing, or long-term care growth processes and referral patterns.
Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement for homebased services.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations affecting hospice or home-based medical practices and provider operations.
Experience with senior living communities, continuing care retirement communities, and post-acute care facilities.
Education: Bachelor's degree, MBA, or advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
Salary Range: $120-150k with KPI based bonus on top ($30-50k)
Work Location: Fully remote, with 50% or more regional travel or option to work hybrid if near an office location.
