About the role

Muon seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in delivering a seamless candidate experience while supporting recruiters and hiring managers throughout the interview process. This hybrid role is based out of our San Jose, CA office, requiring on-site attendance 3 to 4 times per week, with occasional travel to our Mountain View, CA office.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule interviews across time zones, including virtual and on-site meetings

Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and clear communication throughout the interview process

Maintain our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), including accurate candidate records, job descriptions, interview plans and postings

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to drive an efficient, organized hiring process

Manage interview logistics such as booking rooms, setting up video links, and handling travel arrangements when applicable

Greet and support candidates during on-site interviews, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience

Support broader recruiting efforts including headcount tracking, reporting, and sourcing

Help coordinate recruiting events and internal sourcing jams

Identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance candidate experience and team operations

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in a recruiting coordinator, recruiting operations, or similar role in a fast-paced technical environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a positive, team-oriented attitude

Proficiency with Google Workspace (Calendar, Gmail, Docs), Slack, and Greenhouse

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience coordinating complex interview schedules across multiple time zones and seniority levels.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts.

Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.

Salary

The salary range for this role is $89,000 - $99,000, plus a competitive equity grant and comprehensive benefits package. Final compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location as assessed during the interview process.
