WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are looking for a friendly, detail oriented and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our new Global Headquarters in Wilmington, MA. Reporting to the Office Manager, this person will create a welcoming environment for visitors and customers, manage front desk operations and support administrative functions across the office.

HOW YOU’LL DO IT

Visitor & Guest Experience

Welcome and greet all visitors at BRUNT's HQ with genuine hospitality, managing their arrival to guarantee a seamless experience and a stellar first impression

Manage all front desk activities including visitor registration, triaging incoming messages, and answering any questions

Provide local recommendations for restaurants, transportation, and events

Maintain a safe, orderly, and welcoming lobby atmosphere for all employees and visitors

Event, Meeting & Administrative Support

Support internal meetings, department and company-wide events

Assist in managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail, and deliveries

Assist with workplace communications, office reminders and emails

Serve as a Safety Captain on the Emergency Response Team; Assist with emergency response procedures when needed

Oversee workplace lost and found program

Manage the Friday lunch program

Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, copying, and scanning

Assist Office Manager, Executive Assistants and HR with administrative tasks and projects as needed

What You Need to Succeed:

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ years of receptionist, front desk or customer service experience

Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office and phone systems

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment

Professional, polished appearance and demeanor

Positive, can-do attitude and a genuine desire to support the team in creating a positive workplace experience

Ability to commute to our office location, 5x a week

In accordance with applicable salary transparency laws, we are providing the good-faith salary range for this position. This range reflects the base salary that we reasonably expect to pay for this position at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered will depend on factors such as qualifications, experience, skills, and budget.

The anticipated salary range for this role is:

$45,000—$52,000 USD
