Lead the process of getting prospective providers to sign contracts, partnering closely with the Network Strategy team to ensure alignment with organizational needs

Support the Network Strategy Manager in contracting with larger health systems, specialists, and facilities

Guide partners from initial training on plan policies and technology (e.g., Provider Portal) through ongoing engagement

Establish strong, trusted relationships with contracted partners, leading Joint Operating Committee (JOC) meetings when appropriate to ensure optimal performance and satisfaction

Build collaborative relationships with Clinical Operations, Utilization Management, Claims, and PACE center leadership to ensure seamless communication and workflow integration

Job requirements include:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field required; professional experience may be substituted

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in provider relations field work; experience in a managed care organization preferred

Demonstrated ability to go above and beyond in providing service to providers or partners

Proven experience building trust-based relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders and delivering a service-centric experience

If you’re ready to join a team that values both its participants and team members, we’d love to hear from you!
