Product Mgr/Technical Project Mgr Template

The role

We are looking for a Product Manager to own the quota experience across Nebius AI Cloud. Quotas control customer access to on-demand resources such as GPU and CPU instances, storage, and IP addresses. They protect customers from accidental overconsumption and help Nebius manage demand and limited capacity without providing an availability guarantee.

You will make quota management transparent and low-friction for customers while giving internal teams effective tools to define policies, review exceptions, and manage quota changes.

Your responsibilities will include

Define the product vision, roadmap, success metrics, and adoption strategy for the Quotas domain.

Work with customers and internal stakeholders to identify problems, prioritize opportunities, and deliver measurable product improvements.

Own quota policies and automation, including default limits and rules for automatic adjustment or human review.

Improve the complete quota lifecycle: requesting, approving or denying, applying, and communicating quota changes.

Own the Capacity Dashboard and Capacity Advisor API, helping customers understand available on-demand and preemptible capacity before launching workloads.

We expect you to have

5+ years of Product Management experience in cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, enterprise SaaS, or another technical B2B domain.

Experience owning technically complex products from discovery and strategy through delivery, adoption, and impact measurement.

Enough technical depth to work with engineering teams on APIs, control-plane systems, resource models, and policy enforcement.

Strong analytical, customer discovery, and stakeholder management skills.

It will be an added bonus if you have

Experience with cloud quotas, resource governance, entitlements, or policy systems.

Familiarity with GPU infrastructure, multi-tenant cloud platforms, or AI/ML workloads.

Experience automating approval workflows and reducing manual operational processes.
