Product GTM Operations Senior Manager
We’re looking for a Product GTM Operations Manager to join the GTM Programs & Product Intelligence team within the Revenue organization.
In this role, you’ll help build and manage the operating systems that connect go-to-market teams with our technical partners. You’ll support how new products and capabilities are planned, launched, measured, and improved across Revenue, while helping ensure customer, seller, and field insights are translated into clear priorities.
You’ll partner with Product, Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Enablement, Analytics, Operations, Finance, and GTM leadership to bring structure to complex cross-functional work. This is an execution-focused individual contributor role for someone who is highly organized, clear in communication, and comfortable keeping programs moving through ambiguity.
What you'll do
Coordinate cross-functional GTM execution
Support cross-functional initiatives across Revenue and Product, from planning through launch, adoption, and optimization.
Build and maintain project plans that clarify owners, milestones, dependencies, risks, open questions, and decisions.
Partner across Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Enablement, Product, Analytics, Operations, Finance, and other teams to keep workstreams coordinated and on track.
Create visibility into program status, blockers, decisions, and next steps through clear documentation, cadences, and follow-through
Operationalize product readiness and feedback loops
Help coordinate how new products, features, and capabilities are brought to market across customer-facing teams.
Ensure launch plans reflect product readiness, seller needs, field requirements, and business priorities.
Maintain the documentation, trackers, and communication flows needed before, during, and after launch.
Support feedback loops that capture what is working, what needs to improve, and what should inform future planning.
Build scalable operating mechanisms
Develop and maintain templates, trackers, playbooks, intake processes, meeting cadences, status updates, and decision logs.
Support planning and prioritization forums that help Product and GTM teams review customer needs, commercial blockers, competitive dynamics, and roadmap opportunities.
Turn operational data, field feedback, and qualitative inputs into clear summaries that help stakeholders identify patterns and make decisions.
Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce friction, and improve how teams execute over time.
What We’re Looking For
6+ years of experience in program management, operations, go-to-market, product operations, sales operations, consulting, or a related field.
Experience supporting cross-functional programs involving Product, Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Analytics, Operations, Finance, or other GTM teams.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, dependencies, stakeholders, and follow-ups.
Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and translate complex work into clear plans, owners, and next steps.
Strong communication skills, including clear status updates, meeting notes, decision logs, leadership summaries, and partner-facing resources.
Comfort working with operational data, customer or field feedback, and qualitative inputs to identify patterns and align stakeholders.
Ability to build trust and drive alignment across teams without direct authority.
Strong follow-through and attention to detail.
Commercial awareness and curiosity about how product launches, customer feedback, competitive insights, and roadmap decisions impact seller outcomes and business performance.
Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities may shift and processes may still be developing.
Experience in payments, fintech, SaaS, commerce, marketplaces, or another operationally complex industry is preferred.
