This role offers on-target earnings of $94,000+ per year, including a competitive hourly base plus uncapped monthly commissions tied directly to the number of homeowners you help close each month.

Reviewing applications and supporting documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy

Proactively communicating with homeowners, teammates, and third-party vendors to discuss file-related items, set expectations, and obtain missing or incomplete documentation

Ordering and reviewing information from various third-party vendors, including title reports, valuations and credit reports

Thoroughly processing and preparing files for underwriter review, ensuring each submission is clean, complete, and accurate. Then proactively driving UW-conditioned items forward through to closing in compliance with Splitero guidelines, policies, and procedures

Working cross-functionally with team members to deliver a seamless homeowner experience from file submission through closing

Managing and prioritizing a pipeline of homeowners in various stages of the approval and funding process

Meeting or exceeding established production goals, Key Performance Metrics and standards

About You

3+ years of experience in loan processing

Familiarity with home equity investments is a plus.  We love candidates who are excited to learn the product

Experience using a robust CRM such as Salesforce, and working with mortgage and real estate third-party vendors including title, valuation, and credit

Experience working in a service-oriented role with high-volume customer contact and strong verbal and written customer service skills

Communication skills that go beyond the basics, including active listening, the ability to convey complex information in a clear and straightforward way, understanding homeowner needs and responding appropriately, staying composed under pressure, and communicating with empathy

Strong ability to independently problem solve, prioritize, and manage your workload to meet deadlines, escalating appropriately when needed
