Position Overview

The Photo Studio Operations Manager drives the end-to-end execution of high-volume creative production across the studio. This role ensures that people, processes, and systems are aligned to meet production demand efficiently and at scale, while maintaining high standards for quality, consistency, and turnaround time. They oversee daily and weekly workload planning for photographers, editors, and studio resources, partnering closely with producers and creative leadership to forecast resources, optimize capacity, and balance competing priorities across both high-volume and bespoke creative work. This role ensures clarity and alignment across stakeholders by maintaining structured workflows and clear intake and tracking processes.

Additionally, the Photo Studio Operations Manager owns the operational systems that enable studio output, which primarily live within the Creative Force platform.
