As Stanley continues to grow, this leader will build and scale the organization, standards, governance, and automation needed to support the business. The role oversees our global Microsoft Azure and on-premises infrastructure ecosystem while driving reliability, security, employee technology experience, and cost efficiency across regions.

This is a highly visible leadership role, leading through managers and technical leads and partnering closely with Information Security and leaders across Engineering, Finance, HR, and the commercial organization. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, connecting technology investments and risks to business priorities and building a high-performing team equipped for Stanley’s continued global growth.

What You Will Do

Lead our global infrastructure ecosystem across Microsoft Azure, offices, and datacenters, including cloud governance, compute, storage, virtualization, networking, and Zero Trust/SASE architecture.

Modernize enterprise identity and access through Microsoft Entra ID, including conditional access, phishing-resistant MFA, privileged access, entitlement management, and identity consolidation.

Strengthen resilience and reliability through business continuity and disaster recovery, RTO/RPO targets, service performance, major incident management, and executive reporting.

Elevate the employee technology experience by leading digital workplace and client engineering, including Intune, Jamf, device lifecycle, Microsoft 365, and service desk enablement.

Partner with Information Security to advance Zero Trust, vulnerability remediation, audit readiness, data retention, legal hold, and eDiscovery.

Accelerate through automation using Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD, SRE, observability, and applied AI to improve scalability, reliability, and team efficiency.

Own technology investments and partnerships, including infrastructure budgets, cloud and SaaS cost optimization, licensing, vendor strategy, contracts, and renewals.

Who You Are

12+ years of experience across IT infrastructure, cloud, and systems engineering, including 8+ years leading technical teams and 3+ years leading managers or technical leads.

Owned global enterprise infrastructure and cloud environments, with accountability for strategy, architecture, budgets, and service outcomes.

Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 expertise, including enterprise-scale identity and access management with Entra ID.

Deep technical depth across virtualization, Windows and Linux, networking (SD-WAN/SASE), endpoint management, and cloud infrastructure.

Led business continuity, disaster recovery, and reliability programs, including RTO/RPO definition, failover testing, observability, and SRE practices.

Drive security and compliance outcomes, including Zero Trust, MFA, privileged access, vulnerability remediation, retention/eDiscovery, and audit findings.

Use automation and DevOps practices such as Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD, PowerShell, or Python to improve how technology organizations operate.

Managed multi-million-dollar technology budgets, vendors, contracts, licensing, and measurable cost optimization.

Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

Experience with enterprise identity modernization, M&A technology integration, or global multi-site environments

Background in manufacturing, distribution, retail, or another fast paced consumer business

Exposure to CAD/PLM platforms such as SolidWorks or 3DEXPERIENCE. Relevant Azure, identity, or ITIL certifications are also welcomed.
