As a People Partner Intern, you'll work on meaningful projects that support our People team's strategy—bringing insights, operations, and collaboration together to create a thriving workplace!

This role is based in our New York office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you'll do

Support key PeopleX initiatives, including business support and program delivery

Analyze employee feedback, operational data, and program outcomes to surface trends and opportunities

Partner with COEs across PX and the business to solve challenging people-related problems

Contribute to a strong, inclusive employee experience by helping deliver meaningful internal programs

What you bring

Currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program, ideally in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or a related field; prior HR experience (internship, co-op, or similar) preferred

Curious and energized by a fast-paced environment centered on learning and contributing

Organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for project coordination

Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating across teams

Familiarity with Workday and Google Suite is a plus

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected hourly range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
