People Analyst

The Role
We’re looking for a People Analyst to help senior People leaders make better, faster decisions through data and clear storytelling. You’ll turn ambiguous questions into analyses, scalable reporting, and actionable recommendations.
Using analytics tools, data systems, and AI, you’ll build dashboards and insight products covering workforce trends, organizational health, employee experience, talent outcomes, and People Team effectiveness.
The ideal candidate combines analytical judgment, curiosity, and a strong understanding of how People teams operate.
You Will
Partner with senior People leaders to clarify priorities and deliver data-backed insights.
Build analyses, dashboards, and reports on workforce trends, talent outcomes, and organizational health.
Use AI to accelerate reporting, automate repeatable analyses, and scale insights.
Translate ambiguous requests into structured analyses and practical recommendations.
Create executive-ready materials that explain findings, implications, and actions.
Consult across People functions, including HRBPs, Talent, Compensation, Operations, DEI, Learning, and Employee Experience.
Improve data quality, reporting consistency, and self-service access to insights.
Partner with data and systems teams to ensure accurate, reliable reporting.
Proactively identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities.
You Have
5+ years of experience in management consulting or client management.
Understanding of HR operations, talent processes, workforce planning, employee lifecycle data, and organizational structures.
Ability to advise senior stakeholders and turn ambiguous questions into practical analyses.
Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and comfort with ambiguity.
Clear storytelling and communication for executive audiences.
SQL proficiency and experience with large, complex datasets.
Working knowledge of data architecture, models, quality, and analytics workflows.
Familiarity with Workday, Greenhouse, Qualtrics, or similar platforms.
Sound judgment with sensitive employee data, including privacy, accuracy, and ethical use.

The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
