ABOUT THE ROLE:

As our Partnerships Lead, you are the primary custodian of our existing partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for nurturing our partner relationships to drive mutual growth, and optimising partner performance. You and your team aren't just a point of contact for our strategic partners; you are a strategic advisor who ensures our partners stay active, compliant, and scale with us.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Core requirements:

8+ years’ experience in SaaS, Fintech or a high-growth business, ideally with 2–3 years at Senior Manager level

50/50 Account Management & Business Development: balancing partner growth, relationship management and new business

People leadership: experienced in managing, coaching and developing high-performing teams

Growth mindset: able to develop and execute strategies that scale customer acquisition through existing and new partners

Strategic account management: confident managing complex portfolios and leading senior-level QBRs that drive growth

Tech-savvy: strong CRM and Partnership Management Platform (PRM) expertise

Creative & commercial: able to develop and execute innovative growth initiatives

Compliance-minded: understands brand, regulatory and risk requirements across third-party networks

Highly organised: able to navigate complex organisations, remove blockers and keep partners moving

Process-driven: identifies friction, improves processes and builds scalable solutions with Product and Operations

KPIs:

Account Management: Partner retention, revenue growth, engagement, and expansion of existing accounts.

Business Development: New partner acquisition, pipeline generation, deal conversion, and revenue from new business.

Partnership Quality: Partner reactivation, performance, deal cycle time

Deal renewals/ or growth execution & Operational Support. Number and value of deals executed from owned pipeline; onboarding support and execution assistance on strategic deals as needed

Other requirements:

Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills; able to secure buy-in across senior and cross-functional stakeholders

Consistently delivers projects, sets clear expectations and drives accountability

Translates strategy into structured plans, clear priorities and measurable outcomes

Proactively identifies inefficiencies, root causes and practical solutions

Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating clarity for others

Leads cross-functional initiatives and builds strong internal and external relationships

Commercially minded, data-driven and focused on high-impact decisions

Gives and receives constructive feedback and continuously improves ways of working

Proficient in CRM tools and able to turn pipeline data into actionable insights
