Position Overview

Woolpert is hiring a Senior Manager, Partner Marketing to join our dynamic Marketing Team. This position reports to the Senior Director, Marketing and Communications, and is responsible for leading the marketing strategy and execution for Woolpert's strategic partnership with Google. This role develops and executes joint go-to-market initiatives, strengthens relationships across Google Cloud and Woolpert teams, and drives awareness of Woolpert's Digital Innovations capabilities to accelerate pipeline growth and co-selling opportunities.

What You Will Do:

Own the marketing relationship with Google, serving as Woolpert's primary marketing liaison for joint marketing initiatives.

Develop and execute annual joint marketing plans aligned with Woolpert's Digital Innovations growth objectives.

Build relationships with Google Cloud marketing, partners, and sales teams to increase awareness of Woolpert's capabilities and strengthen co-selling opportunities.

Plan and execute integrated partner marketing campaigns, webinars, events, customer stories, thought leadership, and digital programs with Google.

Develop Googler-focused marketing programs that educate Google sellers and technical teams on Woolpert's capabilities and differentiators.

Translate complex Digital Innovations capabilities—including Agentic AI, cloud modernization, machine learning, and geospatial technologies—into compelling customer and partner messaging.

Create partner sales enablement materials, including presentations, battle cards, one-pagers, case studies, and success stories.

Collaborate with Industry Marketing and Regional Marketing to activate partner campaigns across priority markets and regions.

Measure and report on partner marketing KPIs, including campaign performance, partner engagement, pipeline influence, co-selling opportunities, and marketing ROI.

Manage and coach one Partner Marketing Specialist, providing direction, prioritization, and professional development.

What You Will Bring:

Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.

8+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, commercialization, strategic marketing and/or partner marketing.

Experience commercializing complex technical solutions and services.

Experience partnering with sales, technical and executive leaders.

Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns and go-to-market initiatives

Experience managing strategic technology or alliance marketing relationships and joint go-to-market programs.

Experience leading projects and mentoring marketing professionals.

Preferred Experience:

Working knowledge of the Google Cloud ecosystem, including GCP, Vertex AI, Google Gemini, and Google Maps APIs.

Experience supporting cloud, AI, geospatial, or digital technology partnerships.

Experience working with geospatial technology, consulting, or professional services organizations.

Experience working within global, matrix organizations.

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Pay Range

$118,200—$147,800 USD
