Accounts Receivable Processor
Woolpert is hiring an Accounts Receivable Processor to join our dynamic Finance team in Johannesburg. This position is responsible for processing and monitoring incoming payments, maintaining accurate accounts receivable records, and supporting employee corporate credit card administration.
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be available to work US business hours, which equates to 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM South African time.
What You Will Do:
Process and monitor incoming payments daily.
Reconcile accounts receivable by ensuring all payments are accurately recorded and resolving any discrepancies.
Assist with updating the AR collections spreadsheet and posting unapplied or unposted payments.
Support the administration of employee corporate credit cards, including applications, card issuance, renewals, replacements, and cancellations.
Review bank fraud notifications and promptly escalate alerts to the relevant cardholders.
Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of corporate cardholders.
Maintain accurate records and adhere to established policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Qualifications & Skills
3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable processing.
Proficient in core accounting and ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365
Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable principles and workflows.
High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to follow established procedures and consistently apply company policies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Must be able to work US business hours (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM South African time).
Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup to support a fully remote working environment.
