Outreach and Enrollment Training Manager
WelbeHealth provides life-extending health care to our most vulnerable seniors. Our PACE model of care is unique, in that we are the health plan and the provider of primary care services that allow our participants to stay in their homes rather than a skilled nursing facility.
The Outreach and Enrollment (O&E) Training Manager is accountable for onboarding and training O&E resources in new markets, in addition to the training and development of existing markets. The O&E Training Manager will develop, implement, and evaluate field training activities for new and existing team members. This role works closely with Marketing, Outreach, and Enrollment (MOE) Directors, and other members of the outreach leadership team to ensure continuous growth and that all team members are meeting enrollment and quality metrics.
Essential Job Duties:
Guide the success of new markets after onboarding, training all new staff, as measured by the first 3 months of enrollments
Train and assist team members who are underperforming – 100% of team members on a PIP should be guided by this team
Train and assist all new MOE team members through travel to new and existing markets to provide high-touch, in-the-field training for Outreach Specialists, O&E Coordinators, and Enrollment Specialists (expected to travel 75% of the time to WelbeHealth markets)
Serve as interim as needed when there are vacancies in a market resulting in growth constraints
Provide ongoing classroom training both virtually and in person for O&E roles, including Independent Outreach Associates and Brokers
Assist in creating and implementing training programs for the O&E team, including standardization and consistent delivery of high-quality learning
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, professional experience may be substituted
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Medicare, Medicaid, or PACE sales or training
Proven success in sales
Experience developing and delivering training content for sales teams
Experience leading in a data-driven organization, leveraging reports and data to prioritize and manage people and projects
Must be willing able to work a varied schedule that may include evening nights and weekends
