Operations Executive Assistant
Opportunity Overview:
We’re looking for an Operations Executive Assistant responsible for executive support and office & employee experience. This role will provide travel and stay .This role ensures that facility operations run smoothly while maintaining high standards of maintenance and compliance.
What you’ll do:
Front Desk / Employee Support
First point of contact for employees and visitors
Manage seating
Executive Support
Calendar coordination, meeting logistics
Coordination across different departments
Travel arrangements (if applicable)
Office Experience
Coordinate events (town halls, celebrations, team lunches)
Maintain conference rooms and shared spaces
Communication Hub
Send office updates (maintenance, events)
Prepare reports using tools like Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Track project progress and highlight issues or delays
Support senior management with data analysis and operational insights
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency
Mail & Deliveries
Manage inbound/outbound shipments
Coordinate courier services
Required Qualifications:
Must-haves
Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
1–3 years of experience in operations or administrative roles (freshers may be considered)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Microsoft Excel
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Nice-to-haves
Experience with ERP or CRM systems
Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to commute/relocate:
Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
