Office Administrator
Responsibilities
[Managing Office Operations]
Manage general office operations including overall facility management and general administrative support
Manage and coordinate with building management, vendors and service providers including contract processes
Manage office expenses and budget, including but not limited to coding and processing relevant receivables and payables
Manage office assets/inventories, plan, manage and procure office equipment and supplies
Monitor all office facilities, including physical and technological systems, furnishing arrangements, demo room, canteen, etc., to ensure all remain in good and clean condition
Manage office membership and its utilization
Follow safety and security policies and requirements for the office
[Administrative Support]
Coordinate with and serve as the primary liaison between the DC office and the LG affiliate offices support functions, including, but not limited to, LG Property Management Team, IT Support Team, Finance Team, etc.
Coordinate business travel accommodations, ground transportation and itineraries for C-level visit from the headquarters
Coordinate preparation and execution of internal and external meetings, events, presentations, luncheons and/or dinners
Coordinate with LG Group HR to ensure seamless execution of on-boarding and off-boarding processes
Collaborate with multiple teams and departments between and among LG affiliates in support of various projects
Support company projects / functions as needed
[Receptionist]
Greet visitors in a courteous, tactful, and timely manner providing assistance (coffee, parking validation, fob, etc.), guidance and direction
Provide guest names to security as required and escort the guests up to the office
Manage incoming / outgoing call, mail, parcel and delivery services
Help manage conference room calendar schedule via Outlook and ensure all necessary information is provided for meetings
Represent the company in a professional manner
Qualifications
3+ years working in office management and/or supporting senior executives in an Executive Assistant or similar role with secondary office management responsibilities is a plus
Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
Well-organized with a strong ability to prioritize and multi-task
Demonstrated ability to perform within corporate guidelines, support corporate processes and make enhancements wherever applicable
Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal skills at executive and project team levels
A familiarity with basic accounting
Flexible availability out of office hours to handle priorities
Ability to work with confidential information
Strong proficiency with standard software tools including MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Fluent in English and business level Korean to work with Korean colleagues
Willingness and ability to work onsite in the office on a full-time basis

Recruiting Range
$75,000—$85,000 USD
