We are seeking a Network & Infrastructure Leader to join our IT Operations Team. In this role, you'll provide both people and technical leadership, driving strategic infrastructure initiatives, mentoring employees, and ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of systems that support our organization. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded infrastructure professional with expertise in networking, server administration, cloud platforms, and systems architecture, combined with a passion for mentoring and motivating others.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Manages the administration of network and system infrastructure and monitors system performance

Guides day to day activities of the team while developing and mentoring staff in network connectivity, system protocols, assessments and/or disaster recovery.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of network and infrastructure professionals. Conduct coaching, performance discussions, and career development planning for team members

Design and architect scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure solutions that support business objectives.

Oversee the administration and maintenance of Microsoft server environments and enterprise network systems.

Lead infrastructure modernization efforts, including cloud adoption and hybrid infrastructure strategies.

Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve performance, reliability, and security.

We have one current opening and will consider candidates to be based out of our Lincoln or Omaha, NE office locations.

Ability to contribute and work well on a team

Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, computer science, or a related area is preferred. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, an associate degree with equivalent experience is required.

8-10 years of experience in a related position

Minimum 4 years of experience in management, supervisory and leadership role.

Strong experience with Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory and related services

Experience supporting cloud environments within Microsoft Azure and AWS

Experience leading infrastructure projects and driving technical strategy
