Manager, Recruiting - Sales
As a Recruiting Manager you will cultivate, lead, mentor, grow, and hire a team of recruiting professionals supporting multiple business functions across Sales in North America. You will work from conception to fruition on staffing strategies to support these organizations and partner with our hiring leaders to execute top of class recruiting practices. Figma's continued future success relies heavily on the ability to scale and the talent acquisition team is at the helm of the ship.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Manage, mentor, and develop a growing team of recruiters
Collaborate with Sales leadership to understand business needs and align recruiting resources accordingly in in order to achieve goals
Partner with recruiting leaders to develop a talent brand strategy that continues to bring in exceptional talent to Figma and showcases the incredible culture
Create and implement a team structure that optimizes for efficiency and scale
Champion, partner, and execute on various initiatives relating to inclusion and diversity
Build and improve upon recruiting best practices across all orgs
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
7+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, competitive environment, including 2+ years of people management experience and demonstrated expertise in SaaS sales recruiting
Proven experience partnering with stakeholders, senior leaders, and executives to develop and drive effective recruiting strategies and initiatives
Strong ability to leverage data to measure team performance, identify opportunities for greater efficiency, and tell compelling stories that inform decision-making
Experience building and scaling recruiting functions, processes, and programs to support sustained organizational growth
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience with diversity and inclusion as it relates to recruiting strategy and activity
Ability to take a blank canvas in an ambiguous environment and create something incredible

Pay Transparency Disclosure
Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location.

Figma also offers sales incentive compensation for most sales roles and an annual bonus plan for eligible non-sales roles. All compensation and benefits are subject to applicable plan terms and may be modified by Figma at any time, consistent with applicable law.
Annual Base Salary Range:
$169,000—$245,000 USD
