Responsibilities

Own the AI platform roadmap and delivery end to end

Ensure platform AI is measurable and dependable

Work together with product and solution teams to address real customer challenges

Enable teams to build on the platform and own their deliverables

Hire, mentor, and grow the platform ai engineering team

Stay actively involved and contribute to architecture and full-stack production code

Requirements

7+ years of software engineering experience, including full-stack development and AI/ML platform infrastructure

2+ years of engineering management experience

Strong full-stack development skills — front-end through back-end and APIs — with solid cloud infrastructure experience

Experience operating AI systems in production

Deep, current command of AI and modern LLM/GenAI infrastructure
