Maintenance Technician - Hamburg (m/f/d)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Keep our Hamburg properties running smoothly: you’ll work between our 3 properties and support our Hamburg and Bremen Operations team for specialised tasks, projects, or coverage.

Carry out preventive maintenance schedules and fix painting, plumbing, carpentry, and guestroom equipment issues.

Manage maintenance tickets digitally: receive, update, photograph, and close out work orders in real time from your smartphone or tablet.

Respond quickly to urgent guestroom and building issues via priority alerts and notifications.

Track equipment service histories, parts usage, and meter readings in our digital tools.

Run regular safety and quality inspections using digital checklists.

Coordinate external appointments and verify completed work through digital sign-offs.

Work mainly on weekdays, with weekend involvement limited to light rotations or high-priority emergencies.

ABOUT YOU

You have a talent for repairing things and a dedication to keeping buildings running smoothly.

You bring a broad range of technical skills (painting, plumbing, carpentry) and a strong understanding of building systems.

You’re comfortable working with mobile apps and digital checklists.

You thrive in an independent work environment and prioritise tasks effectively.

You communicate well with guests, colleagues, and contractors.

You stay calm under pressure and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.

You have a “can-do” attitude, creativity, and a willingness to go the extra mile.

Proficiency in basic German and/or English is required.

Technical training and experience as a caretaker or in hotel maintenance is a plus!
