What You'll Be Doing
As a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor, you'll partner with experienced team members to help deliver high-quality survey projects while continuing to develop your skills and professional judgment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of survey projects from kickoff through final delivery
Preparing and reviewing survey documents, including boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, plats, legal descriptions, and related mapping products
Collaborating with field crews, technicians, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate and timely deliverables
Performing survey calculations, research, and analysis to support project objectives
Supporting client communication and helping maintain strong professional relationships
Ensuring work meets regulatory requirements, professional standards, and internal quality expectations
Participating in occasional field activities to stay connected to project operations and gain valuable hands-on experience
What We're Looking For
Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required
Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
Recently licensed, or within the last several years and looking to continue growing professionally, are encouraged to apply!
Understanding of boundary, topographic, and construction surveying principles
Familiarity with survey software and industry technology (Trimble, Civil 3D, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and desire to build a long-term career within a growing organization
