Lead Technical Program Manager
The Role You'll Play
At the center of our go-to-market engine, you’ll lead cross-functional programs spanning the Playlist Brands and teams. You’ll connect strategy to execution across GTM, Onboarding, Support, Sales, and Marketing—turning ambiguous, high-stakes initiatives into shipped outcomes that move the business. This is a role for a seasoned program leader who thrives at the intersection of systems, teams, and strategy, and who can bring order, momentum, and measurable results to work that touches the whole company.
• Lead cross-functional programs spanning Salesforce and product teams, driving meaningful outcomes across all of GTM including Onboarding, Support, Sales, and Marketing.
• Own complex programs end to end—from strategy and scoping through delivery, launch, and adoption—across multiple stakeholder organizations
• Translate business goals into clear, actionable roadmaps, frameworks, and execution plans that align Salesforce, product, and GTM teams
• Architect and orchestrate change across the Salesforce platform and connected systems, partnering closely with RevOps, engineering, and business owners
• Establish program governance, operating cadences, and reporting that keep large initiatives on track and dependencies visible
• Collaborate with BI, engineers, RevOps, and business leaders to align strategy and deliver on outcomes
• Present program progress, risks, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior leadership, including our CEO and executive team
• Manage timelines, resources, and trade-offs across multiple concurrent initiatives with calm clarity
• Drive decision-making in ambiguous spaces using structured thinking, smart sequencing, and measurable results
• Build and lead working groups around central strategy pillars, keeping momentum high and blockers low
The Experience You’ll Bring
10+ years leading technical and cross-functional programs, including significant experience at a fast-scaling tech company
Proven success owning large, complex, company-wide programs from idea through execution and adoption
Deep, hands-on understanding of the Salesforce platform and CRM ecosystems, including how Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and connected GTM systems support Sales, Marketing, Onboarding, and Support
Strong fluency in RevOps and the systems and data that connect Salesforce to the product and the broader GTM motion
Strong ability to connect high-level strategy to measurable business impact
Comfortable navigating ambiguity with sound judgment and creative thinking
Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex, technical programs for diverse audiences
Experience presenting regular updates—including insights, recommendations, and program progress—to senior leadership, including the CEO and executive team
Track record collaborating with data scientists, sales, marketing, product, revenue operations, and other business leaders to align strategy and deliver outcomes
Hands-on experience with data analysis and test design; advanced Excel skills required
Familiarity with SQL, Looker, or Tableau is a plus
Deep understanding of B2B and/or B2C business models; eCommerce experience is a
bonus

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $131,475 to $175,300. The total compensation package for this position may also include a performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans
