Compensation & Benefits

$220,000 - $270,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

What You Bring

MD with an active, unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain licensure) in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.

Active DEA registration (or ability to obtain without restriction).

3+ years of experience providing medical direction and supervision, particularly with Medicare patients.

Board certified or board eligible in General Psychiatry.

Board certification or eligibility in Geriatric Psychiatry or Consult/Liaison Psychiatry is preferred.

Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) participation is preferred, but not required.

What You’ll Do

Provide Structured Care Review (SCR) to primary treating clinician through systematic case review and treatment plan oversight (average of 32 review hours per week and 6 to 10 patient reviews per hour). Focus on Medicare patients in market.

Recommend any treatment adjustments, including specific medication and lab/imaging/study order recommendations, treatment plan adjustments, or advised clinical protocols directly with the primary care provider

Provide high-quality, evidence-based care

Work with adults, young adults, and/or children

Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions

Complete timely, accurate documentation
