What You Bring
3+ years of experience in healthcare practice management
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; healthcare administration background preferred
Demonstrated success in team leadership and development
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proven ability to manage financial and operational metrics
Experience with healthcare electronic health records, practice management, and scheduling systems
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, and must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
What You’ll Do
The Practice Manager leads the operational and business functions of SOL Mental Health practices, ensuring effective day-to-day operations while building a high-performing team. This role focuses on implementing organizational initiatives, driving team performance, managing practice operations, and partnering with the Therapy Supervisor to create an environment where exceptional mental health care can flourish.
Practice Managers at SOL Mental Health directly supervise non-clinical Care Team Members and partner with clinical leaders to lead assigned Care Centers.
Partner with Therapy Supervisors to align clinical and operational priorities and address practice challenges
Drive patient access, flow, and experience by implementing standardized workflows across the care lifecycle
Optimize scheduling, provider productivity, and clinician collaboration to support patient access and outcomes
Improve key performance metrics, including new patient conversion, retention, and no-show/cancellation rates
Oversee front desk operations, patient communication, and self-pay collections to ensure a high-quality experience and financial performance
Lead practice-level financial and operational performance, including budget management and use of data to drive decisions
Manage, coach, and develop the administrative care team, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
Ensure regulatory compliance while leading operational initiatives, quality improvement efforts, and cross-functional collaboration
